If you ship the piece in a white envelope, we will get the merchandise back crushed as it will go through the postal machines, and we will not be able to exchange for the damaged merchandise.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs and US customs import tax (for international order if occurs) back to our center.

For international exchange, the buyers has to pay for the shipping fee of the exchange items.
