EXCHANGES
We can exchange your purchase for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. When mailing back, include a delivery confirmation for your protection and ship jewelry in protective packaging. If you ship the piece in a white envelope, we will get the merchandise back crushed as it will go through the postal machines, and we will not be able to exchange for the damaged merchandise.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs and US customs import tax (for international order if occurs) back to our center.
For international exchange, the buyers has to pay for the shipping fee of the exchange items.
The products must be unused, in brand new condition. No exception accepted.

Your 100% satisfaction is my goal. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund (less shipping).

Custom made items or with alterations, ex. engraving, re-sizing, are not subject to refund or exchange.
