Ring Size Detail
- We gladly offer "Free Ring Sizer Request" option if you are unsure of your ring sizes. Basically, when placing the order, you will choose "ring sizer request" at the size option instead of a specific size. We will mail you a ring sizer kit and the instructions first. After you confirm your size, we will start to make the ring and send it to you then.
- Sample ring service available.
We will arrange to send you actual sample steel rings to try on. Fees may apply. Contact us for more information
- Comfort Fit rings have a convex round inner surface, so only a portion of the inside of the ring touches the skin. This helps to get through the knuckle easily and feel comfortably.
Comfort Fit rings normally, but not always, run about a half size (1/2) larger than the FLAT old-fashion rings. It is the buyer's responsibility to decide the best size and ultimately the buyer's decision to which size to order. I do offer "ring sizer request" service and suggest buyers being sized by at least at 2 reputable jewelers as sizing varies from place to place, and ask to be sized specifically for COMFORT FIT rings.
Processing and Delivery Timeframe
Processing time:
For ready-to-ship designs, it typically takes around 1 - 3 business days to ship the items.
For custom designs, it takes from 1 week to 6 weeks to finish.
Delivery duration:
The delivery time is around 2 - 4 business days within the USA.
Outside of the USA, it takes around 2 - 4 weeks for standard shipping and around 1 week for DHL Express Mail.
Lifetime Warranty
We back our products.
A/ For rings made of tungsten carbide, titanium, black zirconium (except SOLID GOLD RINGS). Each ring will come with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers chips or breaks.
The warranty does not apply for normal wear and tear such as minor scratch. The warranty does not cover abuse wearing or sabotage action. Even though tungsten rings are the most durable and strong. Exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach,...), dropping the rings or collision to sharp objects may damage the inlaid materials and protective armor layer.
Buyer is fully responsible for shipping and insurance costs (if occurs) back to our return/repair center. Outside US customers is fully responsible for 2 ways shipping and insurance cost back to our return/repair center.
B/ For SOLID GOLD rings (10K or 14K solid rose gold or gold or white gold ring).
Each ring will come with a limited ONE-YEAR warranty. The ring will be fixed, not replaced. One year after the delivery date, if the ring needs to be fixed, a fee which both parties agree on will be charged to fix the ring.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

For order under £135, the VAT should be 20% of the order value. For order over £135, there may be additional duty and handling fees from the shipping brokerage.

Exchanges
A/ For Trending Ready-to-ship designs:
We can exchange your purchase for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. When mailing back, include a delivery confirmation for your protection and ship jewelry in protective packaging. If you ship the piece in a white envelope, we will get the merchandise back crushed as it will go through the postal machines, and we will not be able to exchange for the damaged merchandise.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs and US customs import tax (for international order if occurs) back to our center.
For international exchange, the buyers has to pay for the shipping fee of the exchange items.
The products must be unused, in brand new condition. No exception accepted.
B- For Custom designs and Solid gold designs.
The sales are final. The rings cannot be returned or exchanged. We can offer a new item (except solid gold) for 50% off the order value.
Return and Refund
A- For Trending Ready-to-ship designs:

Your 100% satisfaction is my goal. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund (less shipping). If the order marks free shipping, the fund will minus the actual shipping fee.
When mailing back, please ship jewelry in protective packaging. If you ship the piece in a white envelope, we will get the merchandise back crushed as it will go through the postal machines, and we will not be able to refund you for the damaged merchandise.
