Moss agate ring is one-of-a-kind. It may have more or less moss depending on the pieces of moss agate. It is the nature of moss agate.

Question: Why moss agate wedding rings do not have spiderweb or branch shapes like moss agate engagement rings?
Answer: Unfortunately, moss agate engagement rings and moss agate wedding rings cannot be made the same way. For engagement rings, the cabochon is about 3mm - 4mm thick. It is high enough to fit the spiderweb or branches of moss. For wedding bands, the channel is about 1.2 mm high, the moss agate must be crushed into small pieces. The crushed pieces will have several small green moss sub-branches or rough chips.
Just imagine, engagement moss cabochon is like a branch of the tree. The wedding band is made from the crushed pieces of that branch. You will not see the whole branch shape but the sub-branches and rough chips.

Each solid gold rings come with a one year (1-year) warranty. The warranty covers chips or breaks. The warranty does not apply for lost or theft, size change, or normal wear and tear such as minor scratches. The warranty does not cover neglect, abuse wearing, or sabotage action such as wearing while sea diving, .... Exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone...), dropping the rings, or collision with sharp objects may damage the inlaid materials and protective armor layer. The buyers pay a round-trip shipping cost. Warranty applies ONLY 1 time, on the original buyer, and DO NOT carry over replacement ring. NO Refund.

Ring Size Detail
- We gladly offer "Free Ring Sizer Request" option if you are unsure of your ring sizes. Basically, when placing the order, you will choose "ring sizer request" at the size option instead of a specific size. We will mail you a ring sizer kit and the instructions first. After you confirm your size, we will start to make the ring and send it to you then.
- Sample ring service available.
We will arrange to send you actual sample steel rings to try on. Fees may apply. Contact us for more information
- Comfort Fit rings have a convex round inner surface, so only a portion of the inside of the ring touches the skin. This helps to get through the knuckle easily and feel comfortably.
Comfort Fit rings normally, but not always, run about a half size (1/2) larger than the FLAT old-fashion rings. It is the buyer's responsibility to decide the best size and ultimately the buyer's decision to which size to order. I do offer "ring sizer request" service and suggest buyers being sized by at least at 2 reputable jewelers as sizing varies from place to place, and ask to be sized specifically for COMFORT FIT rings.

For ready-to-ship designs, it typically takes around 1 - 3 business days to ship the items.
For custom designs, it takes from 1 week to 6 weeks to finish.

Outside of the USA, it takes around 2 - 4 weeks for standard shipping and around 1 week for DHL Express Mail.
Lifetime Warranty
We back our products.
A/ For rings made of tungsten carbide, titanium, black zirconium (except SOLID GOLD RINGS). Each ring will come with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers chips or breaks.
The warranty does not apply for normal wear and tear such as minor scratch. The warranty does not cover abuse wearing or sabotage action. Even though tungsten rings are the most durable and strong. Exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach,...), dropping the rings or collision to sharp objects may damage the inlaid materials and protective armor layer.
Buyer is fully responsible for shipping and insurance costs (if occurs) back to our return/repair center. Outside US customers is fully responsible for 2 ways shipping and insurance cost back to our return/repair center.
B/ For SOLID GOLD rings (10K or 14K solid rose gold or gold or white gold ring).
Each ring will come with a limited ONE-YEAR warranty. The ring will be fixed, not replaced. One year after the delivery date, if the ring needs to be fixed, a fee which both parties agree on will be charged to fix the ring.
